Providing your baby with the right nutrition is crucial for their growth, development, and overall health. Here’s a list of nutrient-rich foods that are perfect for babies at different stages of development:

1. Breast Milk or Formula (0-6 Months)

  • Breast milk is the ideal food for your baby as it provides all the nutrients they need in the first six months of life. It boosts immunity and promotes healthy growth.

  • If breastfeeding isn’t an option, infant formula is a suitable alternative, providing the essential nutrients your baby needs for the first six months.

2. Pureed Fruits (6-8 Months)
